Item Description
Confetti is a very well broke ranch horse gelding that absolutely anyone can ride. He has been used on a ranch to check cattle and has been roped off on heel side. He was also used to move, sort pairs, and pushed cattle onto trailers. We have been riding him on our 67 acres of trails and he's been perfect. We. have also ridden him in the pasture, the covered arena, open arena, through the obstacle course, and down rock roads. He rides on a loose rein with a one hand neck rein or direct rein, has a good backup, and stop. He has a very smooth walk, trot, and canter. He rides the same whether you ride him everyday, once a week, once a month or once a year.
Confetti will let you open and close gates off of him, he will let you carry a flag, he has no problem walking across water/mud, down streams, through thick brush, he'll go up/down/across deep ditches and ravines or anywhere you point him, over fallen trees, through the woods with no spook. We have taken him over bridges, through our obstacle course, over wooden steps, in boxes of plastic bottles, over a teeter-totter, and through the pool noodle obstacle. He is a "Been there, done that" type of horse.
Confetti is easy to catch and gets along with other horses. He stands well for being saddled and bridled, bathed and groomed, while being sprayed for flies, picking his feet, standing tied and cross-tied, being mounted (from the ground or a mounting block), and for the vet/farrier (he recently had his teeth floated). He loads and hauls very well.
