HORSE AUCTION - BIDDING AND PURCHASE
INSTANT PURCHASE OPTION:
An "INSTANT PURCHASE" button is available during bidding
This option remains active until bidding reaches 80% of the instant purchase price
Example: If purchase is $100, the button disappears once bidding reaches $80
After 80% threshold, only regular bidding is allowed

BOARDING POLICY:

Boarding charges begin the day after purchase
Example: Purchase Monday at 12:00 AM = boarding starts Tuesday at 4:00 PM

Some animals have reserve prices
Being the highest bidder does not guarantee you won
You must call to confirm winning bids

Winning bidders have until the next day to collect their horse
Failure to pick up on time will result in boarding charges of $25 per day per horse

Payment Terms:

All winning bids must be paid in full by 6:00 PM on Saturday
Payment is required regardless of pickup timing
