Item Description

Here is our sweet “Poncho”. He is a gelding. The vet said he is in his late teens. When we got him about a year ago he had an abscess from overeating the spring grass. He has since then healed from that. And we have regularly had his hooves trimmed and given him minerals and lots of protein. Our fairer said it would be good to put horse shoes on his front hooves.

As you can see he is worth his weight in gold. I can’t think of a better pony for a small 5-10 year old. I would trust him with any child even my 4 year old. As long as they can sit up, they can ride him. He’s very very sweet never done anything bad and he has helped push cows with our larger horses. He has roped goats. He does not fight with other horses, doesn’t bite, no rear, or buck.

The main reason we are parting with him is bc of his age and the needs on our ranch. And also our children who are interested in riding consistently have begun to outgrow him. He would be the perfect big pony for any child or smaller adult.
He will neck rain and stand perfectly still for a child to get on and off. He will not run off with your child. We want him to go to a good home that will give him lots of attention and feed him well and maintain his nutritional needs. He would be a great play day pony or used for a petting zoo. Thanks.

Only if you are still the high bidder at the conclusion of the live event, you will be invoiced for your won item and your credit card will automatically be charged at that time. If you are the eventual high bidder at the conclusion of the live event and are not at the event, you will be contacted and/or notified with further instructions regarding item pickup.
